From the celebrated master of curves, Rubens, to the Spanish court painter, Velázquez, we’ll lift the skirts and peer down the cleavage of six sumptuous paintings in the National Gallery to tease out secrets and revel in the beauty, audacity and (sometimes) weirdness of the women within them.
